How to remove input instructions

You can disable instructions in the bet sheet using the following procedure. These steps may vary depending on your version of Microsoft Excel.

1. Go to the Bets sheet
2. Select Tools -> Protection -> Unprotect sheet. The password is sport
3. Highlight the column within the input table (not the entire Excel column) that you wish to remove instructions for
4. Select Data -> Validation -> Select the 'Input Message' tab
5. Deselect the box for 'Show input message when cell is selected'
6. Click on OK to save your changes.

You'll have to do this for each column separately to avoid erasing the validation criteria.
