Cashing out early

I apologise again for all the questions! Have just started using this spreadsheet on a daily basis for recording absolutely everything and it's making such a huge, positive difference.

One minor issue I encountered today is how to record a bet that is closed / cashed out early. Some bookmakers (e.g. Bet365) offer the occasional opportunity to cash-out on a bet. This means that the payment received will not equal the odds initially offered, or recorded on the spreadsheet. Any ideas for how this may be recorded?

You can either update the odds for your bet to reflect the actual payout, or you could enter a lay bet to reflect the fact that you're hedging by cashing out early.
