Hi Prime, that is normal and is due to Excel using Auto values for the maximum and minimum values for the x-axis of the graph.

You can manually change the horizontal axis so that your first bet date coincides with the vertical axis. If you scroll far to the right on the Bets worksheet you will find the data used for the graph. The column head is "Used for Performance Graph". Unlock the Bets worksheet (password is sport), select an empty cell somewhere above and set its formula equal to the value of the earliest date (e.g. =BH12, depending on your version, or you can simply enter the actual first date). Then right click on that cell, select Format Cells -> Number -> General. This will give you a number like 44440, or something like it. Then in the Performance Graph click on the x-axis, right click and select Format Axis. Under Axis Options, for Bounds set the minimum to the number you obtained in the Bets worksheet (e.g. 44440). After a few seconds the graph should be redrawn with your first date appearing in the bottom left corner.

The daily highs and lows are actually shown on the graph as vertical lines on particular days. If you're looking for a new graph type that shows the details differently, go back to the Bets worksheet "Used for Performance Graph" area, highlight the relevant cells and then create a new graph of your own.
