South Australian filly Molto Bene is $6 into $5.50 with Sportingbet Australia for Wednesday’s Thousand Guineas at Caulfield after drawing barrier 5 for the Group 1 event over 1600m.
Molto Bene holds favouritism ahead of Commanding Jewel at $6.50 and Maybe Discreet and Love For Ransom, both at $7.00.
Sportingbet Australia has taken some large bets on the Russell Cameron trained Lady Of Harrods.
“Lady Of Harrods is $20 into $13 on the back of some heavy support,” Sportingbet Australia CEO Michael Sullivan said.
“We took a bet of $1000 on her at $20 and then another $2500 at $17.”
Zydeco has also been well backed with Sportingbet Australia with one punter outlaying $3000 at $35 on the Anthony Freedman trained runner. Zydeco has been backed from $51 into $15 since betting commenced on October 4.
