As a heads up, Centrebet was taken over by Sportingbet earlier in the year. My understanding is that Centrebet will continue to operate as an independent brand, but is now ceasing provision of services in some countries (not Australia!).

Centrebet has been relaunched as a premium odds service that offers higher stakes and doesn't limit winners. There won't be the typical weekly promotions that you see with other bookmakers. The new business model sounds a lot like Pinnacle, however this would make Centrebet the first Australian-licensed bookmaker to take this approach, plus Pinnacle doesn't offer horse racing.

Some of the key points of the Centrebet relaunch are:
Odds:

• Centrebet will aim to offer the best overall prices on Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth horse racing, from 10.30am on raceday.
• Centrebet will aim to bet the best prices on AFL, NRL, NBA, NFL, Grand Slam Tennis and Big Bash Cricket.

Winners welcome:

• “Centrebet has committed to market leading limits for punters who have previously had their accounts restricted or closed by Tabcorp, Ubet, and corporate bookmakers.”

Limits:

• Centrebet is committing to bet all punters to win $5,000 on Saturday and $2,500 on midweek metropolitan horse racing all states racing, not just Victoria and NSW.
• On head to head and line markets, Centrebet will be betting all punters to win at least $10,000.
• Centrebet will be the only bookmaker in the marketplace to guarantee limits on any sport
