English Premier League - Round 10

Round 10 of the English Premier League is this weekend. The biggest news from week 9 was the 1-6 thrashing Manchester United received at home against their noisy neighbours, Manchester City. City now sit top of the Premier League, five points clear of United. That lead could stretch this weekend, with Man United facing a tough away fixture against Everton, while Man City host Wolves, who they beat 5-2 in the Carling Cup midweek. Another key fixture this weekend is the London clash between Chelsea and Arsenal. Chelsea currently sit third on the table, one point behind Man United, while Arsenal's return to form has seen them rise to 7th.

    My plays for the week:

    Man City @ 1.17
    Newcastle +0.5 @ 1.66

Man Utd @ 1.80 may be good value in hindsight. I may back them also. Rooney to score against his old club?

If Man Utd play the way they're capable of they should win by 2 goals. I just don't know what affect the loss to Man City will have had.

      I like your picks qtip.

I'm tempted by the half ball on West Brom at 1.72 odds. I also fancy Sunderland h2h as a value bet, along with Chelsea to draw Arsenal.

I reckon a few goals could be scored this week, so im mtaking the 2.5 over in a few games
Everton vs Manchester United @ 1.89
Manchester City vs Wolves @ 1.40
        Tottenham vs QPR @ 1.59
        Norwich vs Blackburn @ 1.88

I've been following the premierleague for at least 7 years now and been discovering a trend where a lot of goals get scored after about 10 weeks of football where the teams/players are confident of scoring and have form behind them

          Yeah, good call.

Tottenham have been over 2.5 in 87% of their fixtures this season! Blackburn and Man U have in 67%.
