The 2011/12 ABL season is due to start on November 3rd. This is the second season for the league, which is jointly funded by the Australian Baseball Federation, Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Australian Federal Government. You can follow the league from the official website. Last year's winners, the Perth Heat, will start as the favourite to take this year's title, with the Sydney Blue Sox close behind.
