Mid-week Champions League

The the group stage of the UEFA Champions League commences on Wednesday and Thursday morning (AEST). Borussia Dortmund will start favourites against an out of sorts Arsenal, while Manchester United faces a tricky away fixture against Benfica. In arguably the fixture of the round, Barcelona will start as heavy favourites against AC Milan on Wednesday morning.

Initial thoughts:

Chelsea @ 1.37
Man City @ 1.35

Benfica are really good at home, but I'm still tempted to take Man U @ 1.87.

For those who are interested, the multi on all three to all get up is 3.46.

Perhaps a +0.5 wager on Man U is on the cards... Hard to see them losing based on current form, although I don't know much about Benfica's form.

those odds are a bit stingy.. you can get chelsea for 1.44 elsewhere

Ive gone an overnight 3 leg multi:

FC Porto v Shakhtar Donetsk
Barcelona v AC Milan
Chelsea v Bayer Leverkusen

All 3 coming in @2.90... placed a small $5 on it..

Gone all home teams.. some tricky games, though I do feel confident that each team will do enough to win at home.
