Supporting tippers in v1.10 (Excel 97 - 2003)

I have received a request to support tippers in the 1.10 (.xls) version of the spreadsheet. Use the link below to see a tweaked version with basic tipper support.

The reason versions 2.0 and onwards require Excel 2007 is because they use functions like sumifs and countifs, which aren't supported in Excel 2003 and earlier. These functions play a key role in the Performance Summary sheet.
