One punter doesn’t believe there is any chance of an upset by GWS this weekend and has placed $1m on West Coast at $1.01 with Sportingbet Australia.

The punter stands to win $10,000 from risking his $1m but Sportingbet Australia CEO Michael Sullivan said he didn’t think the punter had much to worry about.

“It is very rare taking $1.01 looks a good bet but I think in this case the punter has actually got overs,” Sullivan said.

“It really does just look a matter of West Coast by how far and most are tipping plenty.
