Anyone else feel like books are shortchanging SGP payouts?

I’ve been messing around with some 5-leg same-game parlays lately and the payout always feels lower than it should be.
I know regular parlays are just multiplying leg odds, but these SGPs are clearly adjusted — I assume the books are baking in correlation and running their own sims.

Just to compare, I’ve started calculating what the unadjusted payout would be using this Parlay Calculator — not perfect for correlation, but helps see how much value they’re slicing off.

Curious what tools or methods you guys are using to double-check these numbers — or do you just trust the books?

Some bookmakers do offer lower same-game multi odds for individual selections compared to individual bets. You can look at the single bets markets, jot down the odds, and then compare them to the odds in the same-game multi area.

I typically build same-game multis using multiple bookmakers and then take submit the bet with the bookmaker that offers the highest multiplied odds.
