sportsbook.ag is scamming customers???

A quick summary is i'm playing the 100k NFL Survivor pool and there were 16,424 entrants and i was one of the remaining 27 headed to the final week. I then went to login and found out my account has been banned because of australia residency but i told them i had moved to thailand and they said it would be ok if i sent in documents proving i lived there. I have emailed them and told them my final weeks picks will be the Minnesota Vikings and Houston Texans, lets hope this gets corrected and my teams can win.

They have decided to eliminate me from the contest and return my $15 i paid for the entry fee.
