Has anyone ever seen a market from any bookmaker about which one will eventually get the nod? Thought if we could bet on where the next Sydney Airport would be or who would win the 2016 election a long term bet like this might pop up somewhere.

Adelaide or Perth. Having a second Brisbane team seems stupid. This isn't some minority league like Aleague or our baseball and Ice Hockey leagues that need a couple teams in the bigger cities to get going or to survive.
